MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to empower women-identifying and gender nonconforming professionals in music at every stage of their careers by fostering a diverse and inclusive community that celebrates all music genres. We provide valuable resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities, aiming to dismantle stereotypes and create a safe, supportive environment where women-identifying and gender nonconforming individuals can thrive professionally and personally. We commit to a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and respect, promoting equality and innovation in the music industry.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We do not tolerate any discriminatory behavior or language based on sexuality, gender, race, disability, socioeconomic status, age, or religion. As we work towards a sustainable and equal future, our goal is to establish a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and respect. We will refrain from engaging in or supporting practices that perpetuate gender-based discrimination, harassment, or stereotypes.

We must also keep in mind that language around gender is evolving, and it's crucial to stay open to updates and improvements in how we categorize and discuss gender identities.

We ask our partners to join us in this collaborative effort.
